OK. I'm not into commercial promotion on Scout web sites. I put up with the banners at the top of these pages becuase I get free hosting. That said, there are a few folks that sell slide kits that I really believe in. One of them is Paul McClain in Colorado. Paul's Slides offers some great slide kits out of basswood, my favorite carving material. Paul charges only $2.50 per slide. I've purchased a ton for my Scout Day Camps and I've never been disappointed. Below are pictures from Paul's site depicting some of the kits he sells.
